“had a problem and dont print the other bit of paper so they was very thoughtful and give me another day any day of my choice. also quick on getting my parcel to where it was going”

“These guys are just agents for the courier services. They supply an easy to use track-able interface to order and pay for the courier. If you choose the cheap options like Yodel and Hermes, you may well get an unmarked beaten up old 5cwt van collect and deliver, and you may well find parcels left in open view on the porch or soaked through when left in the rain. Spend a few pounds more for a service like UPS and you will get a great service. You only get what you pay for, and interparcel are just booking the courier for you. If you buy a cheap shoddy service, dont blame the booker when it doesn't arrive. I have used Interparcel many many times for all my large eBay deliveries, I only use the UPS service and therefore get a great service Most of the criticisms from other reviewers is of the cheap delivery service they chose. Don't shoot the piano player is my motto.”

“I selected MyHermes as the cheapest carrier from a lengthy list for a not-in-a-hurry delivery. I had to go out unexpectedly in the collection time slot but left them a note and they collected parcel from porch and left me receipt. Was impressed by range of options provided on inter parcel website and ease of tracking parcel. When I had a query I got a prompt response to my email. No improvements to suggest at this point!”

“Cheap and relatively cheerful (unless you have the misfortune to encounter a problem and end up waiting for endless minutes on the numbed by muzak on the cheerless, and almost completely useless "helpline") Its a good idea - well done to the millionaires who had the idea and now live somewhere else. It provides a service - delivering very good logistics (ie they are provided by reputable firms who actually do the work) by combining countless people who can't be arsed to plough through all the guff produced by so many carriers these days, their desire to get a good rate for a parcel to HK or Belfast, a quick book in and an even quicker payment (funny how that bit is always the most efficient part of any website isn't it?). However as I have intimated above when it goes wrong you are stuffed - Interparcel do not carry parcels so acting as intermediaries they are almost useless at sorting out issues - broken packages, missed deliveries etc etc its all grist to the mill. You wait ages on a premium line and nothing much happens when you get through. When it works its great though and it saves you money...I love them??”

“I discovered Interparcel 6 years ago when I set up my business and did not want to pay normal courier rates. I ship large boxes to Germany and Ireland, packages to USA and within UK. System is easy to use. Never been let down. Shipping within UK is possibly cheaper and certainly faster than Royal Mail. I have no problem recommending their service.”

“I was very impressed with the service and the speed with which the packages were delivered, within three days to the West Coast of America. The packages were collected when when we expected them and the s Taff were polite and helpful. The thing I loved them most was the ease of completing the paperwork. Being in my 70's and disabled isn't always easy coping with paperwork but this was so simple it was done in no time at all. It is definitely the only way I'll send my packages. Thank you for a great service.”
