“Great service and recommend to everyone. Came across Interparcel's website around 5 years ago and have been using them ever since - have an account with DHL but their prices are almost double what Interparcel offer since I don't send many parcels and don't get the amazing discounts offered by Interparcel. Have sent many items worldwide over the past few years and only once (the fault of the courier) was a parcel damaged - Interparcel took care of claiming the insurance and then passed it on to me - this is the true test of any "agent" and Interparcel performed perfectly.”

“Well worth it - gives you access to relatively cheap courier services and beats wasting your time with Royal Mail who just generally overcharge! Do it!”

“The whole service was easy to book online, and went smoothly from start to finish. I was delighted that the dinner plates sent to a friend arrived in the 4 pieces that they'd been sent, rather than in a mutiplicity. They'd clearly treated the package with the respect it deserved.”

“Simply the only way to send a consignment to customers. The whole process can be concluded within minutes online with all relevant paperwork emailed to you ready to print off for the courier to collect with the consignment. I cannot find a better or cheaper service anywhere. Seamless!!”

“When you need a one stop solution in sending items in the UK or abroad, you will struggle to find a better solution than Interparcel. They have an easy to use web site, with suffiicient quotes to cover most places in the world at a good price. Just when you think you need to call them and chase up on a delivery; you find everything is covered on the website - just one click and your query goes through to the carrier and gives you an update on when the parcel was picked up and where it is in the delivery process - You can't ask fairer that that for a "well packaged" delivery service - Full Marks !”

“Every time I need to book courier - when I need to send something sold on eBay or when I need to collect something bought on eBay - I'm using InterParcel Economy service - which is handled by UPS :) Cheap, quick and with very good collection hours.”

“I recently sent two parcels to my son in Germany, be careful when you select which way to send the parcel as I made a mistake that cost me a lot more money and didn't get one parcel there any quicker, however they did everything they could to get it there as quickly as possible.”

“24hr parcel never showed, called after 3 days was told it was damaged. was informed that I would be contacted by email to explain. called back next day and told its being delivered anyway. item came and was fine, don't understand, I made all contact know one contacted me. keith”
