I have enjoyed the use of Interparcel now for around 3 years? It all started in France, I was looking for a GOOD parcel/courier firm and found Interparcel fter following an online review. Must have been a decent review because I don't usually follow them up! However apart from one very early problem when a collection was supposedly not made (Yet the sender had a collection note from the collecting courier of the laptop?! I was far from happy, BUT interparcel did all they could and as the sender would not actually give any more info I had to acceot that nothing could be done! But apart from a couple of missed collections all is very well for me with Interparcel and I have indeed recommended them online and by word of mouth to several hundred people worldwide! Take for instance last week I had another failed collection by DX couriers. I contacted Inter and James Giffen I think it was took up the case for me. He apologised and assured me the item WOULD be ccollected next day. And as far as I am aware it was actioned. Put that against aother company I tried by reccommendation and I am STILL waiting for a refund promised of £65!! Only waited now some 6 months and do NOT expect to see that bcak anytime soon. The company actually lied to me about the none collection (I had cancelled the collection myself!) But P2Go said it was because the commpany would not collect as the appliance had batteries on it. The company was the main dekivery agent for a well known maker of Car batteries in the UK! That and the fact MY battery was in fact a dry cell battery anyway. Total and utter fabrication. No thanks but I will stay with the company who employ staff who are uncommonly HONEST and a delight to talk to. Interparcel for me all the time! Regards Chris Goddard

Used Interparcel in the UK numerous times and have a very good experience. In the very few occasions I had to contact customer services the attitude and efficiency have been second to none. With my last (as always) private shipment from France there has been a lot of confusing information by SMS compared to what was online and compared to the barcode labels. 3 items were picked up at the same location in France and arrived separately in 2 deliveries. No damage. Good luck, you can only be even better!

Would like to mention Lisa Irish in particular who was very helpful thought what could have been an award delivery in Russia. She corresponded with me keeping me informed of all progress which thanks to her assistance resulted in a successful delivery to an address which was in the wilderness of Russia. Well done.

I needed to send a parcel urgently to France but needed to make sure it was held somewhere safety until it was collected. Rachael was extremely helpful and patient and talked through the options with me. It is important that someone explains the many options available particularly when there is no one able to receive a parcel and it is likely to be returned or suffer from a lack of weekend service and get held up. I would like to thank her for her excellent service. As I haven't had the package collected yet I have not given full marks for that reason.

90% OF THE ORDERS WE DO GO WITHOUT HICKUP. EASY TO USE SYSTEM, AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. TODAY WAS KIRSTY COONEY. SOMETIMES NOT THE CHEAPEST, AND SOME CARRIERS ARE VERY HIT AND MISS. ( YODEL ) OTHERS ARE SPOT ON ( UPS )

Your website is very user friendly and provides a a good choice of providers. I chose TNT Saturday service,they collected perfectly but failed to deliver 2 of the 8 parcels. I contacted you and asked you to act on my behalf to sort it out and obtain compensation. Sabrina Lengyelova replied swiftly and positively. On Monday the remaining 2 packages were delivered and I was without hassle offered acceptable compensation. Thank you very much. Will use you in future and unreservedly recommend you.

Have used Interparcel on numerous occasions and always found them a very good service. Had a problem this morning and spoke to James England, who could not apologies enough, but also, he has emailed me with uptodate reports as to what was happening. Problem now resolved, thanks James England.

I use interparcel for all my international shipments. I am very pleased with the service I get every time. If a problem arises with one of the carriers TNT, Fedex etc. Interparcel customer services resolve them promptly. I have dealt with James Giffen lately who has been very helpful and has returned my emails almost immediately. Thankyou James!

I always received a perfect service from Interparcel. In the last occurrence, due to a mistake by the vendor in UK, the courier came to his place but it was impossible to collect the parcel because the label was missing. Thanks to the assistance of your James Giffen of the Customer service, the problem has been solved promptly. Thank you very much Attilio Ingravalle, Roma, Italy

We had an Issue with the address on the parcel as the buyer of item wasnt clear. However Louise got in touch with courier and had the parcel redirected back to us with no extra charge, so thank you its been much appreciated!
