“Spoke with Becky Blythe about a Hermes shipment that had problems being delivered. She quickly sorted the issue and even though it was 4.30pm, she had the shipment delivered first thing the next morning. Very quick, and informative communication. Thank you.”

“2kg parcel to Northen Ireland. Royal Mail £44 Collect+ with interparcel £7.16 Need I say more. My only compaint is I had to request the Shipping document both times I have used this service.”
