“Used Interparcel for over a year now sending 1 to 3 parcels every week and been very happy with the service we've received. Special thank you to 'Louise Evison' for helping out the other day, got back to my within 10mins and it was 8pm in the night. Awesome ;)”

“Had lovely email conversation with James Giffen (Customer Services Advisor) who kindly helped me when I sent my parcel to the wrong location (sudden panic then set in). He quickly sorted this for me and informed me every step of the way of what he was doing etc. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to help with this.”

“Shipping is not always straightforward but when you have good customer service it remains a task that does not require an in house specialist. “Sabina Lengyelova is an absolute gem; we had an address that was not fully completed at the point of booking which resulted in a world of confusion. Despite my best efforts to confuse the situation even more by mixing up the incomplete address with a totally different delivery to another part of the country, Sabina clearly and concisely established which parcel was which, where they were meant to go and then dealt with the situation. Both parcels arrived correctly to the right places. Sabina followed up with phone calls and e-mails to let us know exactly what was happening and when; we felt like we had our own personal assistant. Thank you!”

“Late pick up of goods. Cannot track drivers which is a slight annoyance. customer service rep ( Racheal) was very helpful however and cleared up any issues I had.”
