“Having used a rival for several years I was delighted when I tried Interparcel. The website interface is clear, ease to use and very comprehensive. I haqver never had any problem whatsoever and the whole process from quotation to payment is perfect! I love everything about this service and receommend it to others”

“Generally very good service. Website sates ?Guaranteed? deliveries. However as this guarantee is only activated once the collection has been carried out, if collection doesn?t take place as booked, the guarantee is pointless.”

“I have been using Interparcel now for a few years, and have not had any problems with their service for arranging collections to cope with my courier needs, they have tried to be as helpful as they can but sometimes courier companies let them down, but its not their fault, I happily use them, but will avoid the couriers that start with H, they loose things!”

“Had trouble getting my card cleared to make the payment. Had to phone them to sort it. When the system finally let me enter the details I got a message that my recipient's name was too long! I had to figure out what to do - no hints from the software. Had to back arrow several screens to get back to the recipient's details and fix it then had to re-enter all delivery instructions and - for the 4th time - re-enter my card details. Tedious, time consuming and unnecessary - proper software needed! Young lady on the phone sorted card problem quickly. I wait to see if delivery part goes smoothly.”
