“quick & economical”

“All you need are the dimensions of the parcel, the weight rounded up to the next Kg and a few details. Make sure you have the recipient's 'phone number or you won't be able to proceed. It's really great to be able to log the parcel any time of the evening and have the it picked up the next working day. I often use this service instead of Royal Mail, for abroad too, as it is generally cheaper!”

“Booked courier online at 11.15am, goods collected by TNT at 3.30pm from home (Midlands) and received a text message of goods delivered around 10.45am next day! Very pleased having previously experienced very poor quality service from 'other' parcel delivery companies who never even turned up to collect. Although, I could of got it a few pence cheaper, you pay for what you get - it was over 10Kgs. Will be using this service in future :--)).”

“Despite the explosion in Internet shopping some UK companies are reluctant or refuse to deliver outside the UK. I organise deliveries for my self from companies in Britain to my home and formerly business in France. The idea of using up free space in trucks coming over to France anyway makes so much sense and one reaps the benefits of the a choice of the most economic carrier if there is no hurry and express if urgent. The web site is easy to use and the labels and dispatch notes are perfect for the companies sending the goods. I have recommended this service to other people living both in France and Spain and companies thinking of exporting from the UK. In the mean time if I am quoted more than ?22 for delivery by a company I always check to see if the volumetric and weight parameters will deliver a cheaper delivery using Interparcel. Finally the companies I have bought goods from find that by me organising the delivery through Interparcel they have less hassle and work.”

“tried to collect parcel four times and failed.gave them contact no - directions how to find it. told them to ring seller to get directions they didnt bother. i rate them o out of ten. would not use ever again. they are rubbish.”

“Definitely recommend this service as it's easy to book, use and pay for. The tracking was excellent - could check out where the parcels were every step of the way, and they arrived at their destination on time and in one piece. Better value than the post office and more places to take the parcels for collection - no queues!”

“I had tried two other companies but both required registration with activation e mails that either came 24 hours later or not at all. Neither were much use for organising a next day collection. Interparcels site was simplicity itself, the collection and delivery were as promised and communication was excellent.”

“The website is easy to use and the service right up until the parcel was delivered was great. The tracking feature is also useful. Only possible improvement would be the person who collects the parcel could actually provide the postage labels which would negate the requirement for a printer. As a customer I would not mind paying more for this as an added extra.”
