“I sent a parcel to my brother in Scotland, normally I'd use Royal Mail but when I checked the price it was far too high. I found Interparcel, entered the details of the parcel and got an immediate quote which was half the Royal Mail price for virtually the same service. It was all so easy to use. Highly recommended.”

“Very quick response to email on a Sunday. Needed shipping labels that had not been sent to me. Had them within a couple of hours. Now just waiting for TNT to pick up package on Monday.”

“it is good to find an easy way to ship in comfort with less hassles but on the other hand it`s needed a 24hr phone customer service so that who will be like me as first time shippers will find answers to thier questions and even assitance to thier queries, but on the whole lot it`s a good service.”

“I've never had an issue with Interparcel. I've had to reschedule at the last minute and/or after the collection date and it was not a problem. Quoting, booking, paying and tracking is super easy. I don't even bother getting other quotes because I know Interparcel's system and trust them.”

“I dont work for this company ( or UPS, my most used couriers ) but I can honestly state the INTERPARCEL are without doubt the BEST company to use for trouble free courier services. I have used Interparcel for over five years and have never had a problem with them. I use UPS via Interparcel and the rates via Interparcel are excellent value for money. I once sent a BIG 33kg full size Korg keyboard using Interparcel / UPS and I only paid ?28 ..... Parcelforce quoted near double that amount! Using Interparcel = POM ( Peace of Mind! ) BOb Wagstaff”

“It would have been 5 stars, but I never got that 5% discount on my next parcel they kept advertising a long while back - must have tried to get it on over a dozen parcels, but it never materialised. Still more reliable then royal mail though.”

“I have used them for years. The prices are competitive even though occasionally I look elsewhere when there are lower quotes. However when something goes wrong you can contact them and they will sort it out. Some booking agents will simply ignore you or hide behind their terms and conditions. Also the order history and tracking through the Interparcel website is first class.”
