“Apart from a slight holdup at US customs I cannot fault the service I received”

“Inter parcel are a great asset to me and my business with an easy to use on-line quote and booking system, reliable and friendly staff - both on the phone and at the door - prices that are very reasonable and the fact that my Customers always receive the very fragile items that I send around the world - both in one piece and in good time ..all add up to me giving them the 5 stars that they deserve.. Keep up the good work!”

“I use Interparcel for the reasons they get my parcels to my customers in a safe and quick time. The drivers are superb and friendly. Support always replies quickly and the fact that I can telephone them if I need to is the ace in the deck! The prices are great . I show people I care about their business by using Interparcel.”

“I was pleasantly suprised, arranged a pick up of my parcel and within 2 hours it was on the van on it's way to Liverpool university, arrived the next day, my son was pleased, it was in perfect condition.”

“Great service, the only time I had a problem, over a mistake I had made with the address, customer services were extremely helpful and got to the root of the issue straight away. Delivery of goods is often ahead of schedule, and no problems with care of packages etc.”

“The order was to pick up my daughter's stuff from her boarding school in Lancashire to Colchester. Five boxes were delivered to her university dorm only two days after receiving her order. The tracking was very accuracy and the price is very reasonable. Will recommend to anyone.”
