“Hi, I use interparcel for all of my large and heavy despatches. I have used them for several years now and find them fully able to manage my business mail. I have a choice of delivery times and even better still, a choice of collection times that suit me. I fully recommend them, and will continue to use them.”

“I have found Interparcel very easy to use , It is great to have all your parcel information in one place all the prices and tracking information , If i have had a problem it has been sorted by Interparcel staff very quickly , I also like the fact that i can use Paypal , This keeps all my Ebay finances in one place , All in all i am verry happy with the service”

“I found this was easy to book and pay for and was expedited with the minimum of delay, (standard service). Additional insurance was easy to arrange and the goods to Eire were delivered on the 3rd working day after collection. The delivery driver even placed the parcel inside the property for my elderly relative as he thought it might be too much for her to carry!”

“Order placed on Saturday for 48hr delivery. Collected Monday....delivered Tuesday. I was happy and the customer was happy he got his goods so quickly. AND.... this was a delivery from England to Scotland which some other carriers wouldn't take. They'll get my custom again.”

“I am fed up with paying exorbitant postage fees to ParcelForce and then having my international parcels take weeks to be delivered. They charge full money for a partial service. My first experience dealing with Interparcel has cheered me immensely. The parcel was destined for Tasmania, and arrived there within the week as promised and was delivered safely. What a relief - it is stressful shipping valuable items to find out that ParcelForce tracking is not working (unlike Interparcel which detailed every step) Well done Interparcel - your gain will be ParcelForce's loss in the future.”

“Have tried many offering this type of service - Parcel2ship, Parcel Monkey, Parcel2Go et al - and they can't hold a candle to Interparcel. I sell varying items on ebay, most of which is via the Interparcel standard service. Print all doc's from your PC (sigh, or Mac) and then wait for the UPS driver to come by and collect. This has worked 100% so far (worth noting here that when I use Citilink or Yodel through Interparcel, the same claims cannot be made, though this is not the fault of the latter). More often than not, it is cheaper than the post office. These statements apply to UK mainland or delivery within the EU. It should be effortless and using the above, it is!”

“Ive been using Interparcel for the past 12 to 18 months as I felt the Royal Mail was getting a bit pricey. I tried Interparcel on the recommendation of a friend, i'll NEVER use the Royal Mail again. Picked up, delivered usually within 24 hours! A1 service”

“Great customer service, great prices, large courier selection and a user friendly site. Interparcel is definitely the top courier service provider in the UK and would recommend it no end. Insurance goes to a max of ?1000 and personally would like it to be higher... ?2000 maybe? I use Interparcel professionally and personally and I am very happy with them. 5 stars!”
