“Interparcel.com never say No!!!!!! I've despatched all manner of things through interparcel, 2 metre long fishing rod tubes, a wheelbarrow, fullsize men's bicycle, car roof rack, expensive photographic gear, computer equipment etc etc........and to destinations all over the globe. Painless from start to finish; user friendly website with a choice from all the top couriers, reliable and helpful drivers collect from home, office or wherever you ask, spot on package tracking and ultra efficient help desk in the event you need to contact them. I've lost count of the number of recommendations I've made for them. I can't praise them highly enough, they make my life easy, plain and simple.”

“Excellent reliable service. Cheaper than the post office for next day parcels over 2KG. We tend to go for the UPS option as some of the other carriers offer a next day service but won't collect the same day. Having said that we have used most of the carriers offered without any problems.”

“Our two parcels were easy to book in on-line; they were collected within the times specified and were tracked throughout their transit on the Interparcel website. Our telephone queries were dealt with speedily and efficiently. I would use Interparcel again and also recommend their service to others.”

“Interparcel is very easy to use, all the paperwork comes through very quickly, there is someone there to help if things don't go quite to plan. No probs at all. I do tend to pick the UPS option, as the driver who collects is such a good egg....all in all a great service!”

“I am a business user and only ship 2 or 3 large parcels a week so can't negotiate discounted rates with a courier. However, Interparcel offer really good tarifs (exports are half the price I paid before), and since UPS handle the actual transport/logistics I've had no problems at all either with handling or reliability. No parcels have been late or damaged or lost. I was slightly wary about using them at first since there was some negative/hostile feedback on the web, but after 6 months of trouble-free shipping at home and abroad I can only assume that the critics were either people who don't know how to pack shipments properly, or else fake feedback from disgruntled commercial rivals. The online booking is simple, and I like being able to pay by PayPal. I've only had to call their customer service people once, and the issue (very minor, and PayPal related) was dealt with well. Big thumbs up.”
