“I have used this site several times and have found it very easy to use - easy to follow instructions. The parcels have been picked up on the day they're suppose to and delivered the next day as promised. Competitive prices. Can't fault it.”

“I have used interparcel for the past four years with no problems at all, ever. I had to call customer services twice to help with a small problem which they did quickly, professionally and with perfect manners. A wide variety of services and prices to suit every need, I haven't sent a parcel from the post office since! I have recommended them to lots of people and will continue to do so. 5 star all the way!”

“Been using Interparcel for years. My personal choice is to always use their UPS service which is excellent. Only ever been let down twice (out of many many parcels) and that was when UPS service was not available. Great value for money and easy online booking. Will be using them again and again in the future.”

“We send around forty parcels a month with Interparcel and it is very rare we need to speak with them as the overall service is first class. On those rare occasions when we do need to speak, the staff are unfailingly, quick to respond, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Having raised a technical query last night and having been re-assured, Helen Bannister has now taken the step of sending me an email to confirm that she has re-checked the details and re-confirmed her advice, which was of course correct in the first place. Full marks and thank you for a First Class service.”

“The Best Service Ever Is with UPS,they are friendly, helpfull and never let me down. worst service are City Link and Yodle,they are very unreliable no friendlyness no manners. Inter Parcel staff friendly and helpfull most of the time but you do get the same response no matter what the question is.”

“Spent days looking for a way to get a spinning wheel from Wales to Manchester. Lowest quote was ?40 + . Too large ... apparently. Well not for Interparcel who shipped it via Yodel for less than half that price . I was concerned having had bad experiences with Yodel several times before but they delivered a parcel from Sth Wales to Manchester within 24 hours even though it was a 48 hour delivery. I am shocked ! Maybe Yodel are listening to complaints after all. ..”

“I'm really happy of Interparcel, easy to use, handy in any sense, in case of problems the staff give always prompt answers and quick solutions. Since my first experiences I've always appreciated your style of working. My only desire would be a bulk service (up to 100-200kgs) and cheaper options for parcel above 30-40 kgs. Apart that it's all right!”

“I HAVE GIVEN THIS REVIEW 5 STARS AS I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY, VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN WHEN I HAVE MADE AN ERROR. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND MANAGE TO PUT THINGS RIGHT FOR ME. I CAN FIND NO FAULT, FROM THE FIRST STEP OF ARRANGING A PICK-UP, RIGHT THROUGH TO THE PERSON, NORMALLY THE SAME, VERY NICE LADY, WHO COLLECTS, OR DELIVERS THE ITEM, TO, OR FROM MY DOOR .”
