“I am very pleased with your service, my parcel was collected in South Devon on one day and it arrived next day in East Yorkshire. Not a mark or any damage at all,, brilliant, I would recommend you to anyone.”

“I have been using this service for a good few years now. For a lot of items the cost is less than all the fuss of going down to the Post Office. I usually use the InterParcel Economy option, after which a well known premium courier company arrives. The current record from last mouse click to the door bell ringing is 15 minutes! I hadn't even had time to print out the packaging slip. On one occasion, to save money, I used the HDNL option, this turned out to be a dissaster. I took three attempts to get the parcel collected and so long to reach the customer that they were able to get the item refunded by PayPal. So I lost the item, the payment, and got charged for delivery and PayPal fees. InterParcel were friendly, but unable to help and I am still smarting from the experience. In conclusion, I am 100% happy with the InterParcel Economy Service and would never use HDNL (now Yodel) Service again.”

“We are very happy with the service we receive, it is quick and easy to book and no messing around trying to get a parcel to the post office. Prices are good and competitive and we have never had any problems. We recommend this service whenever anyone asks us who we use.”

“I have used Interparcel economy a few times now, every time they have been timely, efficient, and the parcel has been delivered on time. Would definitely use again. Only thing to watch if you are quoting P & P charges to anyone else is tot include insurance if the value is over ?50. It's not excessive but you do need to remember to add it. Excellent service overall.”

“I generally use UPS couriers via INTERPARCEL on line booking as my chosen carrier as they apear to handle goods carefully. Also I may pay economy delivery most times though the parcels usually arrive amazingly quickly to destinations. If I need to phone Interparcel the phone is answered fairly quickly with courtious fair people on the other end Most glitches are caused by recipients not keeping an eye on the tracking.”

“I have been using this company for around 4 years now and have offered cost effective pricing with all major couriers. It is quick and easy to get a simple quote for my customers without having to spend time on the phone or waiting for return e-mails Any problems I've had have been dealt with quickly and their customer service is excellent I would happily recommend this company to all users - whether it be for an occasional parcel or for many items ever day”

“I have at several occasions utilised Interparcel over a lenghty period, and I doubt any other services can provide me with the same satisfactory feeling as Interparcel do. Very easy and convenient to get quotas over the internet. A few minutes at the most and then in a few days, since I live overseas, the parcel arrives. And to a cost that to my personal experience one can't find anywhere else. I have very often recommended Interparcel to friends and other acquaintances. For me there is no other than Interparcel when getting my parcel fast and safe to my adress.”

“I use UPS, booked through interparcel, i have never had any issues & always deliver next day in the UK, 3 days europe. the guy is smart & professional. the online booking proceedure is quick & easy to use. Great service, highly recommended.”

“I've used Interparcel now for some time as I send parcels and packages only occasionally. I've had accounts in the past with couriers but there are limitations to their services and you are never sure whether its the best deal. With Interparcel you can choose your level of service easily. The website is simple to use, all you need to do is weigh and measure your parcel and thats it, apart from paying and thats pretty simple too and you get all the documentation you need. The other big advantage is you can arrange for a parcel to be collected from elsewhere to be delivered to you, which is great when you are trying to provide a more convenient service to your customers. It's really good.”

“Haven't sent much Internationally with them but I use the service a lot for ebay sales as we're clearing out our loft and an office at work. I really can't fault the service. I even had a situation where I wasn't in and the driver came back later to pickup! Maybe I have been lucky or I've just chosen the 'right' service but its been perfect for my purposes to date and they'll definitely get a chance, just as they gave me a chance when I screwed up, before I look elsewhere.”
