“As a ebayer and UPS account holder I was told about Interparcel - I tried it and have never used my UPS account since. Its UPS service and drivers but 40% cheaper. SUPERB !”

“I switched to Interparcel after using another similar site and I have found it not only really easy to use but I have not had a problem with it yet. The phone support is quick and helpful which is fantastic in the rare case that a collection hasn't been made.”

“Very pleased to see that the parcel was delivered in the allocated slot, by a friendly driver - esp as on Friday we had an urgent parcel 'delivered' by DPD with the same allocated time that didn't turn up until 5 hours later, by the rudest driver ever and caused lots of stress including calls to their useless customer service dept!!!! So this interparcel delivery was entirely stress free and very pleasant as usual!”

“When I book a parcel I always use the interparcel service, as it is with UPS. Our driver is the best, always happy and willing to engage in conversation. Our pick ups are always on time and usually the same time of day. We have used this service a lot and are very pleased with the company.”

“I found the whole process easy to follow and fast. from reaching their website to printing the parcel label took less than 15 minutes, and would be even faster if i'd had an account, but I liked the service so much that I used them the next day for another parcel and will use them again for anything else. highly recommended”

“I use Interparcel nearly every week to send clocks to all parts of the UK and all over the world: in fact I've sent a large clock to Australia and it arrived there undamaged and with lightening speed. I would really recommend them to anyone who has difficult and fragile parcels to ship. If there is a problem, and it's rare, the claims department are very helpful and will resolve things satisfactorily. I wouldn't really recommend anyone else even if they were a bit cheaper.”
