“Living in Switzerland and moving everything from the UK has caused lots of problems with other companies, lost, delayed or charged customs charges for items which shouldn't have been charged for. With this company I booked two boxes on line, printed the labels, it was collected next day ( Monday) and it arrived in Zurich Thursday . That was quicker than paying other companies for express services...... Highly recommend using FedEx standard service. Very happy.”

“If you need your parcel sent and to get there quickly phone them, they take care of everything and do what they say. It is very reasonable and they will pick it up at a time taht suits you.”

“We started using inter parcel after being recommended a few years ago, to date we haven't looked at that decision as anything but a business plus, often we are contacted by TNT, city link or some other service provider with their latest quotes , I always accept the offer to compare and so far no other provider can beat the service costs nor ease of the web site booking system of inter parcel . Our experience has been wholly positive over the years,in fact reading as I have forum reviews from other customers I do not understand the negative comments made about inter parcel.there is a TV add currently airing, the theme is let's beat the competition, well IP help us achieve just that.Any package over a couple of kilos to a pallet is efficiently delivered.my comment to other delivery providers. 'its like supermarket fuel stations selling petrol,IP can negotiate a good deal for me on their volume of turnover, this they pass on to us'”

“Best courier and reliable. Easier and quicker than Royal Mail. Cost less and arrives quicker in one piece. Also tracked and not lost. Like other services. I always use and often pass this onto other people who need items sending and collecting.”

“My package was collected the following day by a friendly driver, with some other couriers I have waited in all day and they haven't turned up. Delivery was prompt and kept my ebay buyer very happy. I will definitely use Interparcel again.”

“This company was recommended by a friend due to the fact I had begun to despair of finding decent shipping agent to deal with. I started using Interparcel a few years ago, the service has been fantastic and I haven't looked back. Not only is the service utterly reliable, the prices are very competitive and the website is simple to use. What more do you need? To sum up, Interparcel has taken the grief out of shipping!”

“Fast and easy booking system, good choice of couriers and services all with competitive prices. On line chat is fabulous everyone is more than helpful. When UPS damaged a parcel my claim was settled in 3 days after submitting the details ( instructions found on line quick and easy!). After being a customer of parcel 2 go for 18 months Interparcel and a breath of fresh air !!! excellent service I really cannot fault.”

“I made a boob with the delivery Postcode - put in a wrong digit - one quick phone call - lovely lady amended the address and reent me a label to print off! Wonderfuil service!! My parcel was collected within the time window - no hassle . Tracked it all along the way to a fast efficent delivery. Will certailnly use again - recommended to all as a courier service !! Thanks a million for making my first overseas non- Royal Mail delivery a success and so very easy!”

“I've used interparcel on many occasions to ship bass guitars all over the world including France, Hungary and even Australia. Price wise and for service they are unbeatable. All the guitars shipped have been ?1000 plus instruments, all have arrived on time and totally undamaged. I've always used Interparcel economy.”

“Parcel was picked up by polite and helpful driver, I had no worries about the safe delivery of the item as I was assured by the professional attitude of the collecting agent that it would arrive at it's destination without any problem, and so it proved. Very pleased with the service which I will recommend to friends and use again. Thanks”
