Issue with sending parcel to Republic of Ireland in that the website address system does not always correspond with the way addresses are given causing confusion with UPS. Address issue was sorted very promptly today by James Griffen direct to the courier and keeping me informed of progress.

I had cause to request a refund for an item not collected (not Interparcels error), fantastic, Lisa reviewed and dealt with my request inside of 4 hours, really exemplary service.

I've used all the couriers over the years and have had problems with all of them, been using interparcel for the last few years now and have never had any issues all packages have been delivered next day, by far the best out there, highly recommended

I am highly impressed by interparcel and their customer service. First of all, they are certainly one of the best user-friendly websites you can find online. Given the fact that I needed to send my parcels to a non-EU country, I can say that interparcel found me the most affordable option to send my parcels. I am also very pleased my their customer service. I would like to thank James Giffen, Customer Services Advisor, for his help and professionality.

I use inter parcel for all my deliveries and if there is any problems at all with delivery or booking I contact Kate Hall who sorts any problem out quickly Keep up the good work

parcels not collected. told by Becky (T/O) that technical issue and would be rebooked for collection tomorrow. Becky was incredibly helpful and did all of the work rearranging and sending labels. Was told it is not Hermes poliy to refund/goodwill. I would like to challenge this as I entered into a written contract for you to collect the parcels and you have breached that, causing me to lose a day off work plus time and money to contact all clients to apologise for delayed deliveries and reprinting costs. I have no hesitation in suggesting that if you have techical issues that you inform your customers, have a contingency plan where they can access local drop off for example and make provision for goodwill gesture, which i will be pursuing through your complaints channel.
