I had a query on Sunday evening and emailed. James Giffen replied helpfully and almost immediately - I imagined it would be Monday at the earliest! As a negative though, I have used Interparcel quite a lot and not realised until looking through the website just yesterday that it was possible to set up a prepayment account, so maybe this could all be clearer as in the past I have wasted time putting in my payment details for each package, even when I was sending more than one at a time.

James Giffen was very helpful and replied very quickly even on a weekend with updates about our package. Would, and have, recommended interparcel to others. Only thing I would like to see is an API and integrations to tie it in with our website for auto-pricing. Or at very least a rate card. Thanks

The ordering of collection and delivery and price excellent. InterParcel were efficient but used DX whose driver was off sick on the day I waited in ALL DAY. The driver turned up at 7-15 saying he had to do his colleague's work after he had completed his own. I had contacted InterParcel and in the end got excellent communication with James Giffen who offered to follow up immediately. The difficulty was that DX whose services were used did not let me or InterParcel know the driver was off and that it would be elate in the day when the parcel was collected. The "next day delivery" ( Friday) has still not got to the destination on Sunday. fingers crossed for Monday!!

Overall very good. Twice though I had to call as my parcel was not picked up on the scheduled day. This was resolved by calling them.

Reasonable prices and lots of options. Inter parcel.com make it easy to review delivery options and cost among all the major couriers. I will always use their service. Online support is fast and efficient, my enquiry was dealt with by James G in next to no time. Thanks for the fantastic service.

Interparcel services are reliable and reasonably priced, with a variety of options to choose from. Customer service has always given a swift and efficient response - most recently by Rachael Smith who was extremely helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending Interparcel to friends and colleagues for all their needs. Thank you.

Very helpful when I had put the wrong thing in a shipping box. They removed it and then sent on the box and returned the item to me. Which was great!

I have been in contact with James Giffen on a number of time over the last few weeks. This is due to a package been held in customs in Israel. James has been very helpful & quick to respond to any questions during this time.

I booked with interparcel 2 hr time slot as their website instructed but dey never came to collect the parcel. Disappointed and phoned dem den found out dat it was not warranty time slot. I was shocked. I told customer service lady to change da time slot n she change it to wrong time. What a disaster. Will wait till tomorrow. Won't use dis site again.

Hi Naseema, I do apologise that the courier was not able to meet your requested time slot, as our couriers are all day collection services, we can only request times with them. Requested time slots cannot be guaranteed I am afraid however the drivers will always try to meet the requested times where possible. Very helpful, if there is ever a problem one of the people in the quick chat often resolve it within 5 minutes, which is brilliant. Rachael was very informative in telling me the problems Hermes was having and very helpful in finding me a solution. Thank you
