Stacey McKay was extremely helpful - I had to update the address on my parcels to Geneva ASAP as they were due to be collected from 10am (and this was 9.50am), and she promptly gave me her email address so that I could email the new address, so that there were no spelling errors, and she replied with the new labels within a couple of minutes. Excellent customer service.

I have used Interparcel for a number of years On my most recent order, while I was initially disappointed to have booked a collection successfully with a UPS service through the web site, only to be emailed afterwards and be told I had missed the cut off time - the matter was then quickly dealt with by Nicole Rowland.

I have used Interparcel many times and have had very good service. I have however had a problem over the last few days with tracking a particular parcel and when i contacted Interparcel customer service i had a quick response from Nicole Rowland. She was very helpful and gave me the informaton i needed so that i can now track my parcel. I was very happy with the help she gave me. Jayne Powell

We are small company but neverthelesss always found to be treated as one could want... Chasing the very few queries we may have over the years..even refunds ..and prices are certainly reasonable..( there is always someone cheaper) but the service means a lot as it is I/P service that reflects on our product service..just recently Louise Evison gave the usual good service that we have had received over the years..we certainly have recommended the service to many others..and we will hope to start using them in our new Oz business...Rod Simpson

A good choice of carriers with excellent system for price comparison. I have been using for well over a year for ebay sales to UK, Europe and worldwide without any problems and when I needed some help today your customer service adviser James Giffen could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue I had - quickly and professionally.

I had to cancel one of my packages due to customer cancelation. I called Interparcel and spoke to Lisa Irish who was very helpful. I've used Interparcel for years. Keep up the good work Guys.

I lost all hope with interparcel and was sure never to use them again until I spoke to James Giffen, he put me at ease and spoke to TNT who corrected my issue and thus I received my all important delivery, thanks you James for restoring my trust in using interparcel

Continued great service for UPS (we always opt for that); good response when things go wrong and fast response if we need to change anything. James Giffen particularly helpful when the mistake was all ours.

Interparcel is very easy to book, although I do wish you could multibook and then pay for the lot as one - they are very quick to deal with any problems, for instance this morning I realised I had not put the correct weight on a parcel and had to cancel to re-book it, by the time I had finished re-booking James Giffen had already dealt with my message and issued a refund to my prepay account - very impressive

Hi, I was chasing up a parcel that should have delivered and i find live chat very easy to use, especially when you get someone as helpful as Sabrina, cant praise her high enough prompt courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Interparcel and Sabrina are highly recommended. Karl
