“I had a query with a parcel collection from Norway to the UK. The Norwegian end seemed confused and had me the same. I contacted Interparcel Sabina Langyelova. She immediately took control and understood what was required and assured me she would attend to it and inform me accordingly. She was true to her word and my problem was resolved, even to the extent she explained to the Norwegian end. Excellent”

“Good prices and excellent service. e.g. a packet I sent to the US required additional forms for customs clearance and Nicole went out of her way to sort this out. I actually receive better service from Interparcel than going direct to the major courier companies. I've sent dozens of packets and never had a problem.”

“Used interparcel on many occasions. Fantastic service and website. Very easy to use and efficient. As expected with anything i have had a couple of minor problems which were rectified swift and efficiently. Charlie Stocker is the contact i have dealt with in the past. Very good”

“I have used them a lot, and the only hassle I ever had was when UPS claimed a parcel much bigger and heavier than it was. But Interparcel resolved it. I just needed to get a parcel rebooked today, and JamesG was very helpful. I sometimes use Parcels2Go, but they don't allow you to book the pickup time, whereas with Interparcel you can. My biggest issue with Interparcel seems to be they insist on you putting the postcode for the destination, but that is sometimes giving the wrong place. It is ok for the UK and the USA, but I have had problems in Germany and the Philipines, where the postcode did not correspond to the address I was given by the buyer. When I contacted one buyer, he basically said Interparcel had a very limited subset of the locations, and the location he gave me was correct. So I booked it with Parcels2go instead. But overall I am happy with Interparcel.”

“Booked online, standard service, collection allegedly following day. No collection on that day or the following day. which leaves an irate ebay customer demanding to know where his parcel is. I have rebooked with a competing service which I will now use as my default delivery option. I must say that the customer service person (Sabina) was first rate and did all she could to assist, customer-facing what is obviously a flawed operation.”

Hi Barry, Thank you for your review and I am so sorry this was not collected. I have raised this with UPS to find out why this was not collected and once I have the feedback I will email you. I would also like to assure you that out of the thousands of orders booked daily only a few will encounter any problems.

“Excellent service, I messed up the address on the parcels I was sending. Phone lines were closed for the day, but spoke to Kayleigh West on the online help, she was very helpful and helped get the addresses correct. Very impressed by the service received. G”
