I have used Interparcel for around 18 months now, as they are usually able to give me the most competitive shipping quotes. I like the quote website as its easy to use and it remembers your name/address/email etc. so you don't have to keep re-typing them. I've had no issues with collections or deliveries ( mainly eBay items ), and only once did I have a problem with shipping labels, which was quickly resolved. I would have no problem recommending them.

Needed to add some details to the order for the driver when he collected the parcel, contacted through webchat and chatted to Josie who very quickly took the additional info and forwarded it to the courier .. very pleasant experience

easy to use website, would like to see more couriers carry items up to 5kg but between 1.5m and 2m but only up to 15cm x 15 cm

As a guitar trader I use IP a lot of the time because its main services are carried out by UPS. Excellent with guitars, and only one (small) slip up so far. IP admin can be a pain if there is a problem, as they immediately go into denial mode, but usually things go smoothly so no need to phone them. I have learned if there is a problem to contact UPS direct, and they are excellent at resolving it (as opposed to making up excuses, or guessing). Pros: UPS runs the service Cons: IP will not insure over £1000 item value so I have to use rival company p4d to access FedEx and £2000 worth of cover for many instruments - this is IP's loss.

Great service from Interparcel! Delivery was delayed by UPS but prompt action by Interparcel staff soon rectified the situation and put my mind at ease. Can't fault the communication of this company, staff are always so helpful and quick to respond! Thanks particularly to Lisa Irish who promptly arranged a refund due to parcel delay!

I have been using Interparcel now for about three years - why because they consistently do what they say they will do - and all at affordable prices ! Now that James Giffen is sending out advisory messages when the item is delivered. The services is enhanced further. Thanks Interparcel, keep it up.
