I've used interparcel a number of times in the past and the service was really easy to use unless there was a problem - then it would sometimes be difficult to talk to someone and resolve it. Today I had a small problem and used 'live chat' for the first time. Kate was really helpful and this gives me more confidence to use the service in the future as I know that responsive support is available.

Always helpful when there's a problem, especially Kate who schooled me on UPS terminology and made me realise I should be scolding my customers more often. The website is also very easy to navigate.

I arranged for a courier collection and had to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. However the staff were very helpful and polite throughout the process and I received a full refund without too much hassle. My reimbursement was handled by customer service adviser Nicole Rowland who throughout was very professional and helpful, sympathetic and a pleasure to converse with. All in all I'm satisfied with the services I've received.

All very easy to do on line, cost effective, drop the parcel off at a local store, [no waiting in for parcel collection, no driving to a car park or car park cost's], quick delivery, with receipient signature if required, what more could you ask for.

I have been using Interparcel for some years since my Son moved to Spain and have found their service more than reliable. When I have had problems with my use of the computer when ordering on line, customer services have been there to help, and wish to thank Frankie Jackson for her assistance.

The courier services and delivery was below par... Plus the item was broken on delivery and some of the wrapping was ripped off... No.. We will.Not use your company again,

Hi Peter, so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that you received. I have gone back to the beginning of the year and cannot see that you have contacted us regarding this problem. They do exactly "what it says on the can"! Good prices better than going direct to the individual couriers and were able to save me a considerable amount of money on the delivery of two fishing rods. The on-line ordering was easy, but do get a telephone number for the people you're sending to, this is a essential part of the ordering process. The goods were delivered safely and I got a confirmation email (as requested) when the items were delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend Interparcel.com to anyone needing a top class service.

Although the delivery didn't meet the dead line (next day delivery) as it should of, I was very happy with the customer service I received. I dealt with a lady called Annelese McBride, who kept me promptly updated, was very professional and helpful. Because of the service, I would use inter parcel again and just hope that the next time delivery would be more accurate and no delays.

great service, I had to move out unexpectedly and there was no trouble for them in picking my packages up in only a few days, to have them arrived at the destination in just a few more days. Worth every penny, will surely rely on them next time.

I use Interparcel pretty regularly , often several times a month, and until recently have been very happy with the services they provide. Mostly i use Interparcels own service (provided by UPS), which is a good quality / price balance for me, and has proven reliable till last week. I booked the Interparcel Premium Next Day service to collect a parcel from my home address on Thursday. By 19:00 no collection had been attempted so i contacted Interparcel via online chat. James answered my inquiry, and said the carrier had attempted collection but received no reply, and asked if i wanted collection re-booked for the next day. I stated that no collection attempt had been made, to which he asked for my e-mail address stating he would look into it and get back to me via e-mail. That was the end of our chat session. Friday morning i again contacted Interparcel to ask why i hadn't heard back about the non collection, and was told "it was being looked into with the carrier", i asked what was happening regarding my collection and was told it had been re-booked for collection later that day. No further comment on the missed collection, or the incorrect statement that "collection had been attempted" has been received. However, I had another parcel booked for collection the following Monday using the same service, which due to unforseen circumstances i needed to re-arrange for Tuesday. I e-mailed Interparcel customer services late Sunday night to request the change of collection day, and was greeted by a pleasant message from Nicole Rowland at just after 09:00 Monday morning confirming the change......great service. The level of fuss free service i received from Nicole is the reason i use Interparcel soo frequently, and it is a shame James hasn't managed to uphold those high standards. We all know that mistakes can and will happen, customer service is measured on how these mistakes are dealt with, more than whether a mistake has occured. Overall, i am happy to continue to use and recommend Interparcel's services.

I had never sent a large package before. I looked online and saw horrendous prices. The person I was sending to, said he always used interparcel.com. I was very grateful, the process was simple and the result was a fraction of the cost I found doing my own internet search! Thank you.
