“I've been using Interparcel for years - I like its slick web interface for ordering and tracking and the prices are pretty keen. Occasionally something might go wrong and I've just had a bit of a mix-up with a collection from the north of Scotland. But my email query was quickly answered by Megan who has gone on to resolve the issue and my parcel is now on its way, and without actually having been delayed at all. I've used other companies who don't seem to have anyone readily available to help with these kinds of issue so it's great to find that Interparcel really does offer such good customer service.”

“Interparcel is easy to use and very economical with many options. Thank you to Charlie Stocker from customer services for dealing with my enquiry so personally and professionally. Just a shame Parcelforce '24' is now looking like at least Parcelforce '72'! No fault of Interparcel though, so would recommend.”

“Thank you to Mary for helping re-book the parcels today. Use Interparcel most days and they're generally good and fairly priced, especially for UPS services which we rely on each week. No reflection on Interparcel as I'm aware you're just a broker, but Hermes are about as useful as a chocolate teapot!”

“i have used Interparcel a few times now and the service is seamless and painless. I simply input my details, the parcel is collected and I get a text message when it is delivered, giving me the most important thing in parcel delivery - peace of mind. The prices are also very competitive. Great service.”
