James Giffen has been extremely helpful in looking into a parcel that was not delivered to our client and subsequently crediting back the shipping charge. James response was very speedy and this is incredibly rare with most courier companies who do not want to know when something goes wrong and are then impossible to get hold of , I really appreciate that your company is different and easily contactable by both phone and e-mail. Very easy to log a collection on the web site, good service and especially liked the email from Charlie Stocker telling me my parcel had arrived.

Our company has been using Interparcel now for several months and have found the service to be excellent. We have had an incident this week where a parcel has gone missing however, due to excellent customer service from Annelese McBride, this has been dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Thank you Sabrina for finding the tracking information and providing a POD for the parcel. Unfortunately, the delivery was late - no fault of the Sabrina, but a sad reflection on the Courier industry - this was a timed delivery, premium service parcel.

Very easy web site to use. Prices are competitive. Tracking details link that can be passed to the customers is great. Text service is great. Correspondence with staff is great. Recent communications from Kate Hall were friendly and warm . My thanks for your service. Steve Hills.

It has taken 3 weeks and between Interparcel and TNT they cannot even get my parcel collected properly. This is the most shocking service I have ever experienced in my life.

Hi Rowen, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your parcel has been returned back to the collection point. Unfortunately, customs required further information in order to clear the items, which was not supplied in time. Customs are unable to hold items indefinitely and so the goods were returned back to the collection point after being held for over a week. Collection can be rearranged for you, however we cannot guarantee collection after 6pm as requested as collections take place during business hours. Please respond to my colleagues email at your earliest convenience so that this can be dealt with for you.

I have ordered 3 parcels through Interparcel this week and the service has been exemplary on each occasion. On Tuesday I ordered a parcel at 2:30pm and the UPS guy arrived at 2:32pm! now that's service!

Great value. Slight issue with delivery address but was resolved by either Interparcel or UPS. Parcel was already successfully delivered by the time customer services got back to me when I raised the issue, but all's well that ends well!

I've been using Interparcel for years - I like its slick web interface for ordering and tracking and the prices are pretty keen. Occasionally something might go wrong and I've just had a bit of a mix-up with a collection from the north of Scotland. But my email query was quickly answered by Megan who has gone on to resolve the issue and my parcel is now on its way, and without actually having been delayed at all. I've used other companies who don't seem to have anyone readily available to help with these kinds of issue so it's great to find that Interparcel really does offer such good customer service.
