I have been using Interparcel now for about three years - why because they consistently do what they say they will do - and all at affordable prices ! Now that James Giffen is sending out advisory messages when the item is delivered. The services is enhanced further. Thanks Interparcel, keep it up.

Amazin customer service. I made a mistake while filling address information, but Interparcel Live chat representative issued new label with correct information in just a minute.

Hi Adam, I'm really sorry for the time it is taking to get back to you. I can confirm this is now tracking with Landmark global and it is currently in transit. I have sent you an email with the information and I will get back to you as soon as I know when this will be delivered to your customer.

Had an email from Lisa Irish today saying a 3rd and final delivery attempt would be made by UPS. I informed her that there was no first delivery attempt made only a second one according to the notes. She checked this and confirmed it was indeed an error.

excellent customer service from Kirsty today she was very helpful with a problem i had with my parcel. A previous person i spoke to i had to end chat as i was sat there 5 mins waiting for her to answer. but kirsty was excellent thank you

We find Interparcel a very good and reliable service. If a problem arises through non collection customer services have been very good. We had a non collection this week and Annelese McBride dealt with the situation very quickly. Excellent service.

Hermes have massively let site down with delaying collection for 2 days, however the support from Sabina Lengyelova has been first rate. A very helpful individual.

Hello, with my issue i was the sender of a parcel that happened to have to 'wrong address' on, however James Giffen from your customer service team was extremely helpful and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes, This was greatly appreciated as if he hadn't have done this it would have caused problems for our business and customer relations. Excellent service every time. I had a small USA customs problem and Racheal Smith couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Good employees are hard to find so I hope you look after them.

I inadvertently forgot to print off the labels, and the driver wouldn't wait so didn't take the package. but I went online and used the cha box, Kayleigh O/T was so helpful and resolved the issue without hesitation. Thank you

I found Customer Services Advisor Charlie Stocker to be friendly & helpful, and prompt in replying to my emails, which is useful in such a time-specific service like Interparcel.
