“I have to say dealing with the telephone helpline is a dream, so helpful and pleasant and very quick to answer, I wish however the same could be said for the interactive online help desk, they come accross as uncaring and uninterested and treat you as if you do not have a choice other than to deal with Interparcel. I shall always on the rare occasion I need help go via the telephone helpline.”

“Many thanks Ellie for a quick and efficient solution to my problem when I accidently duplicated my bookings today. It was easy to speak to live chat and Ellie was very professional and pleasant and my issue was solved immediately. As a company we have used other courier companies in the past and getting to speak to anybody is often a headache and to get any action to the simplest of issues can be frustrating. Interparcel are super professional and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Many thanks Ellie - a great representative of your company.”

“all is good, however it was the first time I had to contact you to arrange a pick up time as previously I was always able to select a time frame for picking up by myself but this time was fixed 8 am to 9pm which for businesses is either too early or too late ....so I don't know if this is a new policy or if it apply just to this particular case.... However the operator was immediately able to help me and arrange it for me so overall the service is excellent!”

“Easy to book deliveries and well priced too. Hardly ever an issue with anything and, if there is, I've always found the Interparcel customer service officers excellent in all regards to resolving/ answering any queries. I won't use any other parcel delivery service!”

“I ended up paying twice for a delivery (Paypals fault , not Interparcels), and Stacey from Customer Support resolved the issue within minutes of my phone call, an excellent service by Interparcel staff.”
