“I called Interparcel after having trouble with a parcel and having a uneasy client, and James Giffen (Customer Sales Advisor) was extremely understanding of my situation and swiftly came up with a solution and made me feel comfortable with my difficulty. When I asked for further correspondence, he took my email address and promptly gave me additional information I had asked for. It's customer service like this that makes me happy to continue using Interparcel. Many thanks for your help.”

“I have been using Interparcel for years and have recommended them to friends and colleagues, just had a little problem with delivering to a PO Box which Charlie Stocker took control of and sorted for me.
