“I had some questions regarding the delivery so contacted customer services by email. Kate Hall who dealt with both of my enquiries was most helpful and extremely prompt in her replies.”

“Always a good smooth service. I contacted customer services via their live chat earlier today and Charlie was extremely helpful. It was far easier than telephoning, though they have also been helpful on the 'phone before too.”

“Interparcel is now our sole preferred courier. The service we get is now second to none and the staff are readily contactable, extremely helpful and always go that extra mile for the customer. Rachael Smith was particularly helpful recently doing something special for one of our clients. I must say we are delighted customers!”

“Ellie Paul Customer Services Advisor Provided outstanding customer support, an item shipped by UPS needed to be delivered to a customer with restricted access, Ellie was able to provide the details to UPS. UPS delivered on time and Ellie took the time to feed back that the item had been delivered and signed for by the customer. Interparcel great company with first class customer focus”

“An excellent service and when on one of my parcels I had a problem with the labels ,a lovely person calked Sam Kennard helped and sorted it all out for me. I could not have had better service. I use inter parcel for nearly all my parcels including Christmas gifts to overseas. . When spending a year in Ethiopia I set up a charity to get blankets to babies and used inter parcel to send them all out. Excellent, excellent, excellent !!!!”

“We've used Interparcel for our business shipping needs for a couple of years now. The website is really easy to use and the spread of different carriers and prices it offers is great. Things don't often go wrong, but if there's a problem with a delivery, their customer service agents are helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Interpacel.”

“I sent a parcel using information from the receiver I had. It turned out address was correct bat postcode was completely incorrect. Ellie managed to deliver my parcel even though my receiver's postcode was incorrect. Perfect service!!!”

“Ordered a collection which went wrong. Asked them to change the collection address from a home to business and then ParcelForce turned up at the home address to deliver to the business address instead. Spoke to Ellie at Interparcel who bent over backwards to correct the mistake and rebook the collection this time using the correct addresses. 5 outta 5 for customer service !.”
