I booked a pre 9am delivery then realised I had input the wrong house number. I sent a chat message and Ellie replied immediately, corrected the mistake and emailed me new labels/paperwork, all within 2 minutes. Excellent service.

I chose to use Interparcel initially because their website was really clearly laid out. It was easy to use and I would recommend it to anybody. A "thank you" must go to Rachel Smith who followed up & sorted out a problem with a recent delivery address.

Hello Kristy Cooney, Was excellent, she kept calm as I was phoning her with my problem. Instead of getting annoyed that the address had changed, she was professional and got on with the job and resolved the issue. I was impressed that she did not take it personally, but took it as something that she could turn it all around and fix it rather than say for God's sake you are a nuisance and I can not be dealing with people like you. She listened and acted on that information to make sure that the job was done. She did not at any point sound angry instead she had the attitude of a Saint who just wanted to help and resolve and make the customer happy that she would do her best and she did that. I can I ever possibly now go any other company and send anything when you have staff that climb mountains to help their customers without getting fed up of fixing a problem . At the time I was stressed as my brother had been taken down for not paying his taxes and fine so I was sad, but she was on top of her job, just making it all work. Interparcel is easy to use and have a good selection of services on offer. Usually hassle free and if there is a problem a quick call to customer services and Josie Smith answered after a couple of rings, who was very nice, very helpful and sorted my silly label problem straight away.

Agent Becky was extremely helpful in assisting with a package address that couldnt be accomodated on online form. Was very pleasant throughout the online chat and, in my opinion, went above and beyond her call of duty in helping me.

Hi, We are Dakar Cars in swanley kent (account holder) we needed some help today about collecting an item where our customer omitted to print the label off for the driver, i re sent the label to our customer and with a very quick and efficient member of your staff managed to have it collected tomorrow. Nothing to much trouble left me feeling just how good service can help our customers and you to retain our business.
