“Very helpful service from Rachael Smith”

“The parcel we sent to Indonesia usually takes a 5-7 days from the UK with other Courier Companies we have used in the past. With Interparcel, it took 3 days and was even delivered on a Saturday. While the parcel was in transit, we noticed we got the delivery post code wrong and called Interparcel on a Friday evening (outside hours) was able to web-chat with an officer (Sam). He took the details and got the right post code to the carrier on time. He then emailed me on the following Monday to update that the delivery was done the previous Saturday. The service is efficient and value for money.”

“very easy to book, there was a slight issue with shipping label that was not automatically generated and this meant my collection date was delayed however was very easy to sort out.”

“things don't always go according to plan, but to be honest when so many companies are being channeled through one and you are relying on actual people on the ground getting it right, its no surprise. The team at Interparcel are always keen to help, and even out of hours. This week's helper and sorter was Lisa Irish. Thanks my lovely for getting the parcel on its way.”

“Hi I am the manager of the leisure club Recently we have arranged collection for an item . The day that item should be collected it wasn't . Next day I have contacted Louise Evison Customer Services Advisor and told her everything . She had sorted out everything for me and Item was collected within few hrs from our conversation . Thank you very much and I will definitely recommend to my friends. Thanks to Louise Evison all was done on the time .”
