“Although you didn't actually fulfil my delivery (due to me not checking the packaging requirements), had a positive service. Spoke to James England via the Live chat who swiftly cancelled my order and told me I wouldn't need a refund as it's the same day I ordered which is good. The previous courier I used 10 days ago for this same delivery, still hasn't refunded me. Would use again. Thanks”

“I have been having issues with getting a parcel to a customer with a deadline for tomorrow, the address has to be changed and Kayleigh O/T was very helpful, she has requested that the parcel be redirected to a business address, her manner was very courteous and helpful.. thaknyou for your help Kayleigh.”

“I've used Interparcel at my last two companies and the service is fantastic, both for national and international deliveries. Plenty of delivery options to choose from across all the well-known courier companies.
