I choose an incorrect weight when setting up my parcel for delivery. James was great and sorted this out for me straight away. Great service, thank you!

Although most of the parcels we send go inland by another service all our parcel by this firm have been delivered without problems. On the one occasion where there was a problem the issue was solved quickly . The staff have always been both polite and helpful.

I've used this service a number of times and always found them very reliable, this is the first time I've had to contact them to cancel an pick-up and delivery. Stacey Mckay contacted me quickly and dealt with my request. Communication was efficient and the matter was dealt with quickly. I always judge a company on how they handle issues and this was second to none, well done Stacey

Have used this company for over 10 years - always good prices & fast service, never any problem at all. Today I DID have a problem & messed up with my card details. Rachael was on the ball straight away via the online chat & sorted everything immediately. Thank you :-)

I've used InterParcel a few times now and have been very happy with the service they've provided. It's very convenient having a comparison between the cost of using different couriers such as DPD, Parcelforce, Hermes, Collect+, etc. Obviously, InterParcel aren't responsible for the quality of service provided by the couriers themselves and there's at least one that I steer clear of based on other people's negative reviews. Based on my latest experience last week, the customer service from InterParcel is good too (Thanks to Luke J. for his help resolving a problem with a shipping label).

I have used Interparcel for many years and always find the site easy and intuitive to use, on the latest occasion I made a mistake but was contacted by Customer Service Team Leader Becky Blythe and the details were amended without me needing to do anything. and a refund given without having to ask. very satisfied customer.

I always choose Interparcel.com for all my courier requirements, it simply works first time every time and is without doubt the best value for money. I had trouble with my internet connection this time causing the parcel labels to become lost before I could print them. I emailed Interparcel and Stacey Mckay replied with replacement labels straight away, what a star she is, this enabled my parcel to go out on time and kept my reputation intact. Thanks Stacey Mckay, you saved the day.

Interparcel have been very obliging in their assistance in locating my parcel. Several of the customer service representatives were not able to provide the details on the courier I was seeking. Luke was very prompt and helpful and was able to provide the information I required to follow up the parcel in Australia in less than 24 hours.
