“I use inter parcel for all my deliveries and if there is any problems at all with delivery or booking I contact Kate Hall who sorts any problem out quickly Keep up the good work”

“Excellent customer service as usual, the few times things have gone wrong, Interparcel have always been helpful in sorting out missed collections etc, unlike many other courier brokers who seem dissinterested once you have made the booking. I would happily pay a bit extra per parcel for this reliable customer service Was worried about a collection potentially being missed today and rang interparcel to make sure it would be collected. Spoke to Sabina Lengyelova who checked with TNT while i was on the phone to ensure it would be collected and sure enough within 15 minutes the driver turned up to collect. Would have caused me a big headache of it had not been collected as it was a timed delivery for a very important client.”

“A parcel to France was showing as 'Address not correct' Rang your Customer service helpline and was swiftly put through to an operative. Explained the situation and was given excellant assistance and a promised follow up email arrived with everything 'sorted' Was able to ascertain from the telephone conversation that the helpful representative was James- hope it's ok to mention him in this review. Will certainly be using your services again Jason”

“I have used Interparcel UK for some years. I have found the service to be very good....even when there were problems at Dover/Calais, I was kept informed. I have just received a disputed delivery and Sabina Lengyelova was able to send me proof of delivery and even who signed for the goods. It's service, just like it should be! Thank you.”

“I have used Interparcel for all my mailing needs over the past few years and have always found the service to be excellent. “I had a major problem when my shipping label pdf arrived as a blank sheet. I went on the live Chat and it took less than 30 seconds for the Advisor (Steve, I believe), rectified the problem. Excellent service!”
