“One of the best things about INterparcel is the way they deal with issues. When my customers cause a problem and alter their addresses, collection times etc., Interparcel make it very easy for me to accommodate them, and as a small business we really appreciate this. Also, if there is ever a problem, which is rare, your customer services are quick and efficient in responding, as in my current case where Sabrina has been responding in a timely and informative manner. Thank you Interparcel team.”

“I have used Interparcel on many occasions and have always been extremely pleased with the professional service they have given me. On the last occasion i used them there was a problem with the courier picking the parcel up from me but after contacting Interparcel they promptly sorted the issue out. I must stress this was not the fault of Interparcel but the actual courier. A special thanks to BEKA PULLING who really went out of her way to sort this for me. Thanks Again for a great service !!!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a parcel sending ..............”
