I booked a parcel collection from a customer who waited in all day and the courier didn't show,I contacted customer services and complained to Louise Evison who dealt with the matter very professionally and re-booked the collection,however,exactly the same thing happened so I contacted Louise once again to ask what was going on and as before she was friendly,polite and professional. I spoke to the customer again and it turned out that he had recently moved house and had not updated his address. Again I contacted Louise Evison but this time to offer my sincere apologies which she accepted with grace and understanding she is an absolute credit to the customer service team,thank you Louise.

you guys have been very helpful, when ever it have a problem , just now Sabina has been very helpful in resolving my querry. . the only draw back I have is sometimes it takes a bit too long when the query involves a courier, and say a lost , or undelivered parcel. but over all I am happy.

i stupidly printed out the wrong label and had to rebook,,, i used the live chat facility and spoke to lovely lady called Kirsty who sorted and rebooked my order with 3 minutes,, very helpful and friendly and my problem was all sorted within 5 mins from start to finish,,

James Giffen was the operator who I spoke to. Normally it's quite frustrating to get anywhere when I phone up. But on this occasion James was absolutely amazing. He was able to deal with my query efficiently, and effectively. Please give him some form of recognition.

I had an incredibly blonde moment and got package details wrong for a super important parcel, I went on line to your live help (as its late and your telephone crew go home quite early) and a super lady called Rachael corrected my mistake and took the payment, no hassle, no worries and very quickly. I found Lisa Irish to be very prompt in answering my query---my delivery was late in arriving and Lisa was excellent at 'sorting out the problem". My parcel arrived the next morning. I would recommend this service without hesitation. From: michael@counsellingsoutheast.com

I had made a mistake with the address so I emailed to check if something could be done. Annelese was extremely helpful and was able to get my issue resolved in a matter of days. Initial response to my email was one day, which is excellent. She was friendly and helpful throughout and ius surely a credit to interparcel - great stuff!
