“A good choice of carriers with excellent system for price comparison. I have been using for well over a year for ebay sales to UK, Europe and worldwide without any problems and when I needed some help today your customer service adviser James Giffen could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue I had - quickly and professionally.”

“I lost all hope with interparcel and was sure never to use them again until I spoke to James Giffen, he put me at ease and spoke to TNT who corrected my issue and thus I received my all important delivery, thanks you James for restoring my trust in using interparcel”

“Interparcel is very easy to book, although I do wish you could multibook and then pay for the lot as one - they are very quick to deal with any problems, for instance this morning I realised I had not put the correct weight on a parcel and had to cancel to re-book it, by the time I had finished re-booking James Giffen had already dealt with my message and issued a refund to my prepay account - very impressive”

“Hi, I was chasing up a parcel that should have delivered and i find live chat very easy to use, especially when you get someone as helpful as Sabrina, cant praise her high enough prompt courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Interparcel and Sabrina are highly recommended. Karl”

“James Giffen was very helpful and replied very quickly even on a weekend with updates about our package. Would, and have, recommended interparcel to others. Only thing I would like to see is an API and integrations to tie it in with our website for auto-pricing. Or at very least a rate card. Thanks”

“Reasonable prices and lots of options. Inter parcel.com make it easy to review delivery options and cost among all the major couriers. I will always use their service. Online support is fast and efficient, my enquiry was dealt with by James G in next to no time. Thanks for the fantastic service.”
