“I've used Interparcel for 2 years in my car pars business and found them excellent in every way. Problems that happen rarely are sorted straight away through the live chat site and on the odd occasions when a refund is due, it is initiated immediately. Could be a little bit cheaper as I can sometimes get the same service and destination using the same carrier cheaper on different sites. On the other hand, some of their prices are less than those other sites so it's swings and roundabouts.”

“The service was quick and efficient with good tracking data on the internet - it arrived on time and there was a good control about the quality of the packaging at the drop off store ( essential as the sender was not to be relied upon). The ?1.50 cost of the extra packaging envelope was in my view too costly.”

“I particularly like the simplicity of Interparcel and the many options that you get offered. Always cheaper than RM it has been my preferred method for shipping for over three years now. Large or small they deliver, and when I have had a problem they have sorted it out and reimbursed my costs. Great!”

“Audio-t in Portsmouth have been using Interparcel for just around a year after having used several other courier firms previously. Interparcel offer a range of services and costs that allow the customer to make fast and well informed choices. This has a lot to do with the well laid out and user friendly website. As with all transport services there are inevitable issues that will arise, and on the odd occasion something has not gone according to plan one could not wish for a faster and more satisfactory resolution. We can thoroughly recommend this service”

“A lovely interface, all quick and easy, from start to finish it takes me 5 minutes, the only thing i would change would be, maybe to allow 3 parcels on one quote, all going to different addresses, as a business it gets rather tedious going through the same thing every time you have a parcel, rather than a batch going out at once. But super friendly courier drivers, a lovely experience...next stop 5-stardom!!”

“I find inter-parcel has been a godsend to us on many occasions. It's a great idea to have one place to go and be able to choose a service and price from a good selection of couriers. Also being able to track directly from the website is extremely useful.”
