“Easy to book on line Arrived to collect on the next day Delivered as said. One reservation. Some companies Email times of arrival for collection and delivery which is very useful instead of the waiting about all day. Interparcel need to join this 21st century service.”

“I am not the best with understanding postal services these days. Thought a large stamp was a LARGE stamp!! Oh my word. Interparcel got me the best couriers in the quickest time to fairly remote areas. Love them!”

“I have used interparcel many things and have always been very happy with the service. It is easy to get a quote, and work out which service is best to use. They are always delivered very quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a fast and efficient courier service.”

“Organised a Collectplus shipment via ths broker, item dropped off at my local corner shop at 9pm on Monday,(Somerset) arrived at destination (Lancashire) 12 Noon Wednesday.”

“Quick and easy to book in the comfort of your home. I dropped the parcel of at a local pick up point (open till 8pm), so excellent if you work long hours. I also liked the print out labels. Considerable cheaper then post office yet faster delivery. I will certainly use this company again.”

“No complaints at all with the service recieved, but then again as yet I have had no problems, and the proof of excellent service is what happens and how a customer is treated when something goes wrong ! Remember Interparcel are only a broker, they are NOT a courier or transport company themselves, so if your parcels are lost or damaged, it is the courier company that YOU selected that is at fault, However, Interparcel being their agent, should deal with them on YOUR behalf. One thing though, never choose Hermes as a courier, their reputation is apalling, and their treatment of fragile parcels questionable”

“Had to send something back to a company, They told me to take it to the post office when I did the cost was ten pounds more than on this website. I only could use TNT as the others would not of collected that day. Booked the collection at 2pm and it was colleced at 2.30pm and delivered back to them by noon. Now i know about this website I will use these again insted of using royal mail”

“I booked the delivery on Wednesday morning at 7.00 am. The parcel was picked up around 11.00 am and delivered in Norwich the following day at 3.00pm. I've used Interparcel on a few occasions now and always found them helpful and reliable;even when the winter floods were at their height and causing delivery problems, Interparcel kept to their timetable. I find them very efficient and competitive with costs. I would recommend them.”
