“Although I payed 20p to have sms sent on the morning of the delivery, I didn?t get any notification. Even on the parcel tracking on-line page, I saw ?in transition? all the day, and suddenly I saw an update about ?the receiver absent. Second attempt will be tried?. By then, my parcel status was still ?in transit?, NOT in ?OUT for Delivery? state. I had to rush back home and wait. How come?!”

“Found the site easy to use, and to arrange collection of my parcel. Cost seems to be very competitive and having the ability to have the parcel collected rather than visiting a Post Office was one big plus.”

“having used several parcel services i prefer interparcel's UPS service of all the choices . the dedicated UPS drivers are always polite and can usually be predicted of an estimated arrival time in this area of the northwest .......on direct routes to popular areas i can usually expect next day delivery even on economy booking.... and i dont think they have ever failed to pick up on the day unlike the cheaper Hermes service who tend to use a local taxi or private end router - often at both ends of travel causing delays and unreliability' i did use also DHL /Yodel and sometimes still do ..as overall light parcel size is sometimes an issue.... but UPS is my recommended choice”

“Started using them "full time" about 1yr ago after trying all your "usual suspects" on posting orders in EU ond ROTW, and been very impressed. I have no problem in recommending them, and they get 5 stars in my book! Mark Gallacher, Owner Bioflavia UK”

“It was delivered a day late and was damaged on arrival, despite clear instructions that the parcel was very fragile. I don't think I would use again if I was sending a cake. However, a sturdy parcel should be fine and the costs were very reasonable.”

“I have used Interparcel for the past 2 years. The enqiry form is easy to use to obtain alternative quotes fron several couriers. I have used a few, but find Hermes the most competitive. The local Hermes rep collects and delivers at around 10 AM. This is good because the collection window is some 12 hours long. You don't have to wait this long as my local rep keeps good time.”

“I've been using Interparcel for many years but I've had some issues with collections (We're a rural site) that would have been eased by a simple phone call from the haulier due to collect; on a whole we don't mind collections a day late but it would be good to know so that we can warn our own customers of the delay.”

“I did some price comparisons and Interparcel was best value. I found it helpful that I could pay by Paypal (I had sold the item through Ebay, so it made sense). Dropped the item off this morning, company had my reference number, all nice and hassle free. This is the second time that I've used this service, and i would definitely recommend it.”

“UPS is my courier of choice & your prices are most competitive. Collection is always within the allotted times, drivers always well mannered . Items 99.99% delivered on time & more often earlier than expected. Items also handed with care.”

“Interparcel.com offer a range of discounted bookable courier services presented in a table for comparison. They are often cheaper than going to the Courier direct. I have also used them for arranging remote pick-ups I was even able to cancel a mistakenly booked pick-up without any problems.”

“Very good until you try to send more than one delivery per day and then we always have problems as the system seems unable to accept it. Just tried to send a second parcel this morning five minutes after booking a collection and the system says it does not recognise the collection post code!”

“I've had accounts with UPS, Parcelfarce and Fedex over the years, and all have let me repeatedly down in the area of billing and customer service. Interparcel has a great website and the customer interface is clean and efficient, with great touches, and the back end is great. I do not need couriers every day of the week, but when I do I always use Interparcel, as it's always easy and quick.”
