“I've been using Interparcel for several years and have researched all the alternative options during that time. Interparcel are fabulous and I'd recommend them to anyone, in fact I do recoomend them to all my contacts. Great service, professional, extremely good value for money. Could'nt find a fault even if I tried. I have nothing but praise for Interparcel.”

“Awesome service, this was my first time but not my last, no nonsense, all done from my computer and Didnt leave the house, was collected Within a few hours, I didnt have to go out in the cold and stand in the que with people coughing and moaning, and every option that was on the list was cheaper than the post office, would recomend using yourselves all day, im going to, no more post offices for this fella. Thank you for your easy swift service, big smiles and thumbs up from me.”

“Hi there, We recently had a problem with one of our ebay customers who had already had the courier company leave 3 out cards with the customer because he wasn't in to recieve it. The customer contacted us to try and re-arrange a fourth delivery to his neighbour before the 15th Feb as he was going on holiday and was desperate for our item so that he could take it with him. I liaised with Sophie Coultard regarding our problem and she went out of her way to liaise with the courier to ensure that our customer recieved the item before he went away. We have used Interparcel for over 6 years now and this level of service from Sophie is a clear example why. Keep up the good work.”

“Great service but when spending nearly ?10K a year with them, not even getting a Christmas card or any offers/appreciation etc seems a bit crappy. "Your business is sincerely appreciated, anything we can do please get in touch and I will solve any issues you have" Would be fine. Instead, I have to go through the same lines that someone using them once a year would do. I run a business and it's the repeat customers you have to look after... All it would take is another company to offer competitive prices and I would easily jump ship. Whereas I would feel loyal to Interparcel if they seemed to treat me 'special'.”
