“Using interparcel is easy and quick, with a excellent choice of couriers so the cusotmer can select the exact courier to meet their needs. I have shipped many parcels via interparcel using UPS in most cases. Collection times have never been missed, and shipments delivered on time”

“Interparcel had turned up and collected and are brill, whereas when we booked TNT they never turned up twice!! We lost serval ??? over it as well... So I would consider that you don't use them as it brings your company down.”

“I discovered Interparcel almost by accident, while looking to find a cheaper alternative to the courier my company had been using regularly for a number of years. I was truly surprised to find that Interparcel could beat even my previous courier's 'best quote' (to an regular and long term account holder) as a matter of course, and by a considerable margin. I have found the service straightforward and reliable, and have used no other courier service since.”

“We send and collect several parcels every week via Interparcel. Their rates are very competitive, easy to book in and keep track of consignments. Problems have occurred from time to time with the couriers but the staff at Interparcel have always been helpful and efficient in solving any issues.”

“Interparcel is a very good system for sending small packages. The only problem I have is that you cannot value a document at zero, so you still require a customs invoice for the minimum value of GBP1. The shipping price for FedEx shipments is appreciably lower than using the FedEx website or an account.”

“I always use Interparcel to send large items I have sold on Ebay, they are easy to use and very reasonable on price. A few times I have missed collection but a call to Interparcel is all it took to re-book for the next day, the staff are always polite and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“OUR BUSINESS HAS BEEN USING INTERPARCEL REGULARLY FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. OUR INTERPARCEL DRIVER IS HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF OUR BOOKS TO SCHOOLS ALL OVER SCOTLAND AND FIRMS IN ENGLAND.”

“I like using Interparcel as I have lots of choice how to send my parcel. I really like the drop off parcel option which saves me having to wait in for a courier and if I get it ready early, or need to go out later, I can just drop it off when it suits me. There is a corner shop just nearby which I use. I can save my addresses I used repeatedly in an address book too. Their website could do with a little bit of tweaking to make it more user friendly, but generally it's great.”

“11.19 hrs. Wed 5.2.2014 I had a urgent query for an ebay item wanted ASAP.The Quote site enabled me to find the most suitable courier for both speed and availability and the item was received by my customer at 11.18 hrs. 6.2.2014, (one minute under 24 hrs from customer's enquiry time) and at an acceptable price. Well Done Thank You”
