“Used Interparcel 3 times now, twice with a 24hr service from UPS, and have been very happy to date. Also used the 'text when delivered' service which is cheap and useful. Easy to book online, well priced and reliable. Will use again.”

“You will find the online order process that is so strait forward and simple to use, this service provider is backed up by the company's customer service who unlike some other agents also provide a phone contact link who will action your request within minutes. Staff are very polite and friendly.”

“I had some payment problems when I was trying use the online facility to send a parcel to Lincolnshire, I phoned customer services and after speaking to a helpful advisor, who couldn't sort out the problem I was then passed to her manager/supervisor, she went through all the processes and after extensive 'delving' located the problem, of why my payment was not being accepted, which was then fixed immediately. She then told me that unfortunately I would have to go through the online booking process again, but any problem to phone back and ask for Le-Anne”

“I like to book my collections through the website as it provides plenty options to choose from. The details that are required are easy to complete and the facility to store payment cards is very useful. It is also helpful to be able to access the history of past collections.”

“ADDING INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE COUNTRY CODE IS EXTREMELY CONFUSING AND SHOULD THEREFORE BE AUTOMATED TO GUIDE YOUR CUSTOMERS OTHERWISE THE DIFFICULTY MIGHT PUT OFF SOME PUNTERS!”

“As a small customer with varying needs, Interparcel is great, for a particular requirement you can pick the most suitable service. DOWNSIDE their 'Prohibited items' list excludes practically everything; batteries, paint, fur, bicycles, aerosols. The list is obviously an aggregate of all their different carriers lists, and International carriage lists at that. In fact most of their carriers will in fact ship, say batteries or paint, at least within the UK. Oh, and forget the ridiculously overpriced insurance option,”

“We regularily use Interparcel for ad hoc collections for our business and are always happy to do so due to reliable collections, delivery as promised and telephone availability. The ability to be able to easily reach a business by telephone and speak to a real person is key to us. This was witnessed today when I made an error inputting an order and James Giffen promptly assisted. James was cheerful and kind on the telephone. Such customer service ensures our repeat business. Thank-you!”
