“I've used Interparcel for years and have always found their service to be excellent. Their parcel insurance is also competitive and I use it every time I send a package. I once had an item damaged on receipt in Sweden and the problem was sorted very promptly by Interparcel. Highly recommend..”

“I needed to get my AV amp back to the store for repair, and settled on Interparcel Premium (overnight service), with extra insurance on top. Price was OK, package was collected on time. Only minor problem, which was partly my fault, was that it was collected on Fri, and I assumed it would be delivered on Sat, but overnight=next working day, so Monday, when the store wasn't open. But they redelivered on Tuesday, and all was well, and customer services mopped my fevered brow in the mean time. Could maybe be a bit clearer that overnight might be more than one night?”

“item was collected as requested from courier and then after 3 weeks was informed by customer that it had not arrived. i contacted interparcel and was emailed back which i felt was a copy and pasted message which did not even answer my message, emailed another 3 times within 4 weeks and again same message which did not answer my original question about why it wasnt delivered or being sent back. after a month now still no further forward and basiclly now been told it is now classed as lost in there system and getting nothing for it. the customer care is frankly garbage and justseem to send preset answers no matter what you ask them as not one question was answered over the month...”

“I needed to return 2 heavy parcels to a supplier via a courier. I checked on-line and Interparcel was the most competitive. The parcel was collected within 24 hours and then delivered to a supplier within 24 hours. I received my credit from the supplier the same day. Overall highly efficient with text updates on the way. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.”

“This was the first time I'd used an agent, usually trotted off to the post office but this was a big and valuable package. Recommended to use interparcel by a friend and I have to say it was excellent service, paid online at 11:30, collected from home in the Midlands at 2:30 delivered in Yorkshire within 24 hours. Credit also to UPS the chosen carrier. Many thanks will use again.”

“We were recommended to you by one of our suppliers, because we were having problems with a similar courier service. We are happy with the service except that I placed an order on Wed 19 March for collection on Thursday 20 March but the screen would not allow me to arrange that and collection was made on Friday 21 March? Generally happy Thanks”
