“I repeatedly use the Interparcel economy service, so far always delivered by UPS and fully tracked. I find UPS to be a very reliable and professional company with smart friendly drivers. I only send about 20-25 parcels a year. Less than 2kg UK I usually use Royal Mail. I had previously used Transglobal Express for USA as I had found them to be more competitive. BUT, I will check Interparcel rates next time I send to USA as sometimes prices can change. My only wish with UPS is that after booking a collection say between 0930-1700 that you do not get a more accurate update earler on that day. This would help me plan my day better. This is I think is a UPS thing and nothing that Interparcel can do as an agent. Be aware that if paying with paypal, there is a 2% surcharge! Credit card is no charge.”

“Failed to arrive on for designated pick-up. Frustrated as I'd stayed in all day. Contacted through live chat and the rep was very understanding and re-organized collection. Accomplished early next day. Tracking and reporting progress was very good.”

“Last minute plan to move some printed brochures from one office to a contractor for a trade show - Staright-forward to order the service - it was under budget and they arrived a few minutes after I stuck on the shipping labels - can not fault them. I got a text at 10.30 next day to say it had arrived and all for ?10 - it would have cost me ?6.40 on the Severnbridge alone - great service and so cheap - please keep it that way,”

“This is the first time I have used this service and I found it extremely easy to implement from start to finish. Everything was explained in easy terms and the service was first class. The parcel arrived just when they said it would and I thought the option to be informed by sms that the item had been delivered was really helpful. Would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone.”

“Needed to send a long parcel, the post office declined to take it. Just entered the dimensions and weight on interparcel an d Voila !!! numerous options an prices. Booked with TNT printed labels from interparcel and paid by paypal. Very impressed.”

“Great service,love the fact you can track parcels and check delivery received. Some improvements could be :: Contact from driver/office if the collection time is later than requested. Refund/discount if delivery is held up,(birthday parcel was 2 days later than quote) "Given to man" does not really make me think parcel was delivered securely”

“The interparcel service is relatively new to us. As we get older we have decided to stop plant fairs and shows because they are physically demanding. Mail order will be the only way we can sell to long range customers. Having a service with a simple pricing system, which collects relatively heavy parcels from the nursery saves us time.”

“I hate sending parcels because I always worry about all the paperwork and deliveries and timings etcs. But this was so so easy and hassle-free. I booked on Sunday for a Monday pick-up and a Tuesday delivery (UK to France) The rates were really good as well. After booking, I just had to print out the shipping and address label. Prepared my parcel and just waited for the pick-up. It arrived promptly at its destination by the time stated. Excellent!”

“I have used Interparcel several times now, both for UK deliveries as well as Europe, they do what they say, they deliver when they say, which is a benefit as my customer can be assured that they will be around on the day of delivery. Interparcel is the service I turn to first. They also have very reasonable prices, again for bpth UK and European addresses, although for me the price is secondary to delivery times.”
