“if you want to send any item go on to the interparcel site and folow the instructions and you will have a easy transaction”

“Have used Interparcel for many years for my company's shipments. Like many, we aren't big enough to justify a good level of account with the main couriers, and Interparcel have given me a combination of courier choice, plus good prices, all on a web site that is easy to use and fast. I do look around to see what others are out there from time to time, but Interparcel always come out top. I would, and do, recommend them to others.”

“Having never sent a 10kg parcel before I was slightly nervous about how to go about it. Found the interparcel website on a google search and was so glad I did. It was so easy to use, the instructions were so clear and the actual collection a and delivery of my parcel went very smoothly. Excellent service and would definitely recommend and use again.”

“yes very seldom any problems....maybe on systerm can improve.. we sometimes use the address finder..we cannot see an easy way then to highlite an address and have it automatically transposed onto the booking form...so we duplicate always the adress....the system says..print label...can you not have another box to say..use this address for booking..rod”

“I sometimes have to book a courier, to collect from an external address and deliver to my home address. I have always booked through Interparcel and always use UPS. The last two experiences have been a nightmare. The first: I booked and paid for next day delivery. It took 10 days to arrive (8 days for it to be collected from sender). I received an apology from Interparcel but no explanation, throughout the process, as to what was going on. The second time I booked the normal service. Again from an external address, which should have been collected on the same day and would normally arrive 1 to 2 days after that. It took 7 days to be collected and another day to arrive. I can understand packages being held up in the system but not taking a week + to be collected.”

“I was in a little bit of a panic as wanted to ensure my parcel would be delivered the next day, with extra insurance but not cost the earth. I managed to book just before 8 am and selected collection between 9 am and 1 pm. A very pleasant driver collected my parcel a little after 9 am! I am extremely pleased with the service I have received so far.”

“I sent a parcel to my sister in France. I have always used the postal service before but some parcels didn't arrive and others arrived very late. This service was quick - only 48 hours door to door and easy - I booked over the internet, the parcel was collected from home as promised. The service was also cheaper than post and I will d=definitely use this service for future deliveries.”

“What an absolutely amazing service you gave me! Postage paid on-line and collected early following morning! Very impressed and if ever there is a need to send a parcel again then I know where I will be going and it won't be to the local Post Office!!”
