“From collection to delivery everything was great. No problems with filling in the forms. The collection was on time, so no waiting about. As my Son and family are now back in New Zealand there will be lots more parcels to send. I will be using Interparcel in a couple of weeks for yet another delivery to NZ. Great Company!!!”

“Item received damaged but we accepted it as it was repairable - and the item was unique so it was worth it. Delivery driver to us explained that it was like it when he received it from the collection van. So when it was collected it was probably insufficiently wrapped and should have been rejected by you. But, as I say, we accepted it and I repaired it satisfactorily. . . . . . so OK in the end.”

“Had no problems and (UPS) delivery to the US was quick too. Cheaper than Royal Mail for my sized parcel. All online although youll need to printer the labels sent. One minor flaw: the links in the booking email don't do anything when clicked, some of which contain important information. However, you can generally find the same info with a web search.”

“Recommend, good choice of services, although disappointed that DPD have been removed from your list of options. Wouldn't touch Hermes, even though they are regularly the cheapest quote, only ever had very poor service from them both collections and deliveries. But, Interparcel provide a good service which is quick and easy to use.”

“Interparcel have never let me down and the UPS store to store service for 99p + vat is amazing! Not quick, but what do you expect for 99p? FANTASTIC VALUE - RECOMMEND TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I have never used courier to send an item before and was unsure what I was doing. Other websites had restrictions on the dimensions of a parcel which I found confusing to work oput. This website asked for the dimensions of the parcel as well as the weight which gave me confidence that the price I was quoted was correct and there would be no unwanted additional expenses upon collection. My best quote was for a parcelforce service which was cheaper than the quote I had received directly from the parcelforce website so i was very happy. I was very easy to then book and pay for the service and I paid the additional small fee to have the delivery confirmed by text which was useful. Very happy overall.”

“The whole process worked very well. My only gripe being that for some of the services requiring a drop off location I was presented with a map with... no drop off locations on it: very frustrating. In the end I used a collection service and it worked seamlessly.”

“I HAVE BEEN USEING THIS SITE FOR 3 YRS AND ONLY HAD ONE PARCEL DAMAGED BUT WAS REIMBURSED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. I WAS PAID MORE THAN THE ITEM WAS WORTH. YOU CANT BEAT THAT. CITY LINK WAS MY PREFERED CARRIER AS I DONT HAVE A PRINTER AND THE QUOTES ARE EXELLENT.”

“Booked a parcel uplift online late afternoon and it was collected the following morning at 9.50 am. Confirmation of delivery received by text the following day. Very impressed with the service and I will definitely use Interparcel again when next I have a parcel to send. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“I have been using INTER PARCEL collection/delivery service for a number of years..... mainly to send parcels to EUROPE..... I have found their service faultless to date.......collection and delivery of parcels always on time. The web site is very easy to use and offers great value for money...and an excellent tracking facility. Would recommend this company most highly.......”
