“I would recommend Interparcel because the service is low cost but efficient. The whole process is easy to follow and documentation easy to complete. The help desk were very helpful with a query I had. Overall excellent”

“Been using interparcel for a while now. Has saved me many ?s in postage and the only time I had an issue they were quick to resolve it with the courier company. I highly recommend them.”

“No problem booking Myhermes. Took the parcel to local drop off shop, but shop would not accept package although it was in dimension and weight limits. Contacted Interparcel HQ who were helpful and suggested I tried another shop All went well Contacted by Interparcel later to inform me of progress and also received text to let me know package had been delivered. Suggest you contact all drop off shops to make sure they know dimension and weight limits and be more helpful to customer. I will not go back to Baddow News even to buy a bag of sweets”

“I have used Interparcel a number of times, excellent value for money, fast easy ordering and always collected/delivered on time. Have never been let down by Interparcel! Happy to recommend! Edit: I had previously confused 'Interparcel' with 'Interlink Direct' hence the comment below. Interlink Direct have been far from helpful so far”

“The opening page on Interparcel's website is easy to follow and you get to see various prices once you have entered the parcel's details. Then you select the one you want, pay for it and that's it done. Also if you have any queries you can contact them and they're only too happy to help. What more could you ask for?”

“My Parcells were collected within the time scale given for collection. The driver was very helpful and cheerful. I cannot find one negative thing to say about my experience.”

“This is my preferred choice for using a courier service. In the past, I have always thought twice about using couriers due to the cost. Although using royal mail isn't cheap these days either! It's now cheaper and faster for me to receive large (and sometimes heavy) packages. I don't have to fork out for packaging companies either! I have recommended using interparcel to family and friends. I plan to use the service at least once a week.”

“You could consider using hermes drop off and collections- also filling out the forms can be time consuming, if you could have a system which stores my details not just the email address that will be extremely helpful as it takes a long time re entering details when so many orders are going out.”

“Easy to use and fair prices. Shame they do not offer discounts for regular customers. parcelflight.co.uk work out cheaper, but can be a pain on international deliveries and hence why we use interparcel, most of the time.”

“I am using inter parcel for a quite long period of time and can not ask for more. Very easy booking system. Courier always on time. Comparing to any other booking agent you are really the best. Thank you and hope to deal with you again!”
