“Have had no problems when using Interparcel, the drivers have always turned up on the day booked, which is something I cannot say for some of the other couriers. Not had any problems with items being damaged, and items are delivered when advised. All in all a good Company, that I would recommend. Four stars because I rarely give 5 not because I am dissatisfied.”

“Found the Interparcel web site. Large choice of different ways to send a parcel. Prices seemed very reasonable. Chose one where I dropped the parcel off at a collection point as this was the most convenient option for me. Parcel will get signed for on collection. All labels are produced automatically and easy to print off.”

“99.9% of the time interparcel are perfect and a much cheaper alternative to RM and direct use of the major carriers, the website is good, however my gripe is with Hermes, which although not an intrinsic part of interparcel are used by interparcel , ,they have in my experience seriously underperformed for me, and i will no longer use them at all ever !!! there are alternatives which whilst not being quite as a cheap are near enough in price as to make far more preferable.”

“We have had a direct Account with UPS and have found them to be a nightmare. We much prefer to use Interparcel and their invoicing is breezy and manageable. The only thing I dont like is that you dont allow to book half a kilogram in weight I pay the same price (?7.99 ) whether I send one parcel or three. Would be great to pay less for one parcel...say ?5.50 or something The 0870 number costs a fortune to ring, would be better if you had a 01 number”

“We ship many parcels around the world each week for our mail order business, and we have tried many courier companies and brokers. We have been using Interparcel for over a year now because they are the best - easy online booking, great options and prices, and most importantly, when there is a problem, their customer service is great. Other companies we used tended to wash their hands of any responsibility once your parcel was shipped - but we all know that occasionally there will be a problem with a shipment, and that's when it counts to have a company who are there to help.”
