“I have been using Interparcel services for 5 years - with good choice of couriers I tend to use UPS most of the time and the prices are great - and I have never had a package go missing or get lost.”

“I HAVE USED INTERPARCEL FOR LONG TIME NOW AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THEY GIVE.. ALWAYS POLITE AND THEY SORT OUT ANY QUESTIONS QUICKLY SO I HIGLY RECOMMEND”

“Im very happy with the site, its easy to use. If I had one issue with it, i would prefer the booking process to be less "clicky". If it were more simplified then it would be better. However thats not a dig to say its bad, I'm just being fussy, time is money, less clicks, less time = more money.”

“Overall good experience. Parcels are normally picked up within the time slot allocated. Only had a couple where they were not picked up on the day they were meant to. Interparcel were quick resolve. Would recommend.”

“I've been using Interparcel for about 3 years now and have sent around 1500 parcels. To date nothing has been damaged, nothing has gone astray, and they have a 1st class customer service dept for any minor issues. The only complaint is that around Christmas it can be difficult to get through to customer service, but that's to be expected at that time of year. Use their "Interparcel Economy" service which is actually UPS and you really can't go far wrong.”

“I have been using Interparcel for over a year on a regular basis. They have never let me down. The website is very simple to use and if you have any difficulties you can ring their very helpful customer reps. I run a small business and so it is extremely important that I get the best price for deliveries and a very reliable service. I get all these with Interparcel and have no hesitation in recommending them”

“I have been using interparcel for years and have always been very happy with their service. They are always one of if not the cheapest and on the one occasion when I had to phone them they gave the highest levels of customer service and solved the problem instantly.”

“We use Interparcel quite a lot and in the main it's trouble free. This order was for one of our important customers and was booked next day delivery. It arrived 4 days late and we had to compensate our angry customer. This was an issue with the courier UPS in Southampton and not Interparcel. However Stacey Mckay - Customer Services Advisor at Interparcel sorted this out and managed to get us a refund on the shipping charge. Thanks for the great customer service Mike Sales Director Family Tree Folk”
