“So easy. Great cost comparisons. Saves me money. Get VAT back unlike Royal Mail. Use it a lot ..now and again the shipment address is not immediately available but whenever I chase they are quick to send. Top drawer”

“I have been using Interparcel for 7 or 8 years now and have shipped stuff all over the world. The main benefits have been the price, initially it was very expensive to deal with the major international couriers unless you were shipping high volumes. Booking through Interparcel gives the benefits of the bulk discounts they negotiate for one off parcels. The biggest test of any firm however is how they perform when things go wrong. I have had very few problems, I can count them on one hand, but mistakes happen to everyone sometimes. I have had a parcel for Luton go to Milan and another go missing in Rome, each time the Interparcel help desk got everything sorted out both to my and my customers satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Interparcel”

“I have tried this Courier service for the first time today.Seems very straightforward,and really top value,as I do post a lot of parcels. If delivery is as good,i will be well pleased!! Ps. Well,delivery was actually next day to the pick up point! So you can't do any better,for the price it's great value,and I highly recommend Ups!!”

“Been using 'Interparcel' for some time now ... I HAVE used others in the past, but not any more. They have ALL the others beaten by a mile. Reliable, careful and always on time. “I have been using Interparcel online for a couple of years now and always recommend them to others, very simple to book too. Our regular delivery driver (Alan) is a friendly guy always says hello to the kids when they answer the door. All round great service,”

“This has been my first time using Interparcel and I was therefore uncertain of the procedure. I was reassured throughout by using Chatline and telephone. The person collecting the parcel from home is local to me - a very good idea since I now have met this person. For parcels leaving the country I have every confidence for their safe arrival as the service is first class. Printing the documents from home and all information regarding tracking etc ensures this really is a smooth, safe and secure service.”

“We use Interparcel for most of our internet order parcels. I have found them much easier to use than our main carrier's own website. No hidden charges! They handle any issues brought to their attention without fuss. The one thing I wish they would do is show Prepay refunds in their order history (although I haven't got round to mentioning it to them). I try other services occasionally, but always come back to Interparcel, so they must be doing something right.”

“Courier shipment brokers can be hit and miss - you're adding an extra layer into the mix, and if when problems occur, they aren't for example helpful or responsive it can turn a simple shipment into a nightmare. This is why I always use interparcel. I've been using them for 3 years+ now, on a weekly basis. I've had to contact them a few times for various issues with shipments, but every time they have resolved it. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. They might not always be cheapest but you get what you pay for, is it worth the few pennies you might save to go with the cheapest option compared to an option you can trust in the event of a problem?”

“As an artist who sells paintings on line, I need to get them to the customer as quickly as possible at a reasonable cost. Cheapest isn't always best value so it's good to have a choice of services in one place. So far I have found Interparcel easy to use and reliable - which is all I ask for. paul-c”

“I have used many other courier service in past several years and I started using Interparcel a few months ago. If I compare them, Interparcel better of offering variety of services in the same time, instant quote, no waiting, different time options and it seems to have better customer service. The only thing I could criticize their service is when the courier fails to collect the parcel, interparcel doesn't offer any upgrade. Simply they rebook your parcel for following day so you loose a day. As customer, you expect them to rectify the mistake and speed up your parcel. But overall I could recommend their service...”

“I have been using interparcel for a number of years now. for my small business. When I started I tried to use TNT and a number of other companies, but because the volumes were small they were not really interested and the prices were very high. I can quickly cost up and send parcels anywhere. I have sent them to Switzerland, Malta Mexico, Brazil Australia and other places. Usually they arrive intact and on time. Occasionally when there is a problem it is quckly sorted. I do recommend this company to others most recently a company called Bellisimo furniture in Leyland”
