“We use Interparcel about twice a month usually sending merchandise and i have never had any issues with them. Our products always arrive accordingly. Their website is simple to use and easy to navigate around. It gives you loads of competitive prices and what is offered for each courier service.”

“Interparcel offer a great service and 99 times out of 100 they deliver every time, unfortunately the 1 time they don't it is very difficult to get compensation or even a response even if you pay insurance but this is part and parcel (excuse the pun) of the courier business, I am sure they don't get much joy from the providers themselves. Overall a very good service though.”

“I've used Interparcel many times now for personal and business use and the service is always great. The one time a parcel has gotten lost (not Interparcel's fault) they reimbursed me by cheque in a timely fashion. Recommended.”

“Generally very good with few problems. Have been using Interparcel several times a week for several years now. Their customer service response times by phone, chat or email have improved dramatically in that time.”

“It's perfect, never had a problem after using them for over 5 years. Booking system is simple but works perfectly, the couriers used have never let me down either collecting or delivering. I don't usually bother doing these reviews but a pretty flawless service deserves praise.”

“I ship regularly all around the UK, I find the online system swift and easy to use. Only change i would make is store payment details so you don't have to re enter them for every parcel.. I sometimes ship several in one day so thins can get annoying”

“i can recommend interparcel to anybody.. had to phone up twice so far because shipping labels weren't dispatched with e-mail but apart from that no probs.. regarding couriers i always use tnt express,never let me down.. i tried city link once and that was enough. didn't turn up for collection on the friday, cancelled order and they turned up at 8pm on monday evening, i explained to the driver that the parcel was already on it's way via tnt...”

“So far so good, live chat is very handy too. Time saver and cost effective. Only one time they let me down, took ages to deliver and no apology or offer. I can't say it is entirely their fault but as they are an agent and they have to take blame for the courier mistake. Anyway, I recommend to anyone to use Interparcel, decent price, helpful (especially live chat). The main thing they have to improve is address finder, not accurate.”

“We have used Interparcel for over 2 years - 90% of the time everything is fine but when there is a problem we find the customer service rather lacking and all problems are laid at the customers feet. The booking system is quick and easy and we love the UPS guy that collects from us.”
